When planning our brewery in 2011, Michael Peticolas set a goal – bring culture to north Texas.
Inclusion in Visit DFW’s list of “10 People Who Define Dallas–Fort Worth” marks progress towards accomplishing this goal. We actually never expected to see a list begin: Staubach, Cuban, Peticolas.
