Back in 2011, Michael Peticolas wrote the original recipe for our 12 year anniversary beers. Given that these recipes predate the brewery and relate back to the prolific homebrew summer of 2011, we thought it would be fun to release the details and hope some homebrewers give it a go on their own. So here you go – the original homebrew recipes complete with all notes and calculations. And for good measure, here’s the brew sheet from June 13, 2011, the one and only day these beers were brewed. That is until the commercial versions were brewed just a couple of weeks ago. Nice 12 year gap, right?
