Napoleon called it the Champagne of the north – Berliner Weisse. Ours is called Eclectus and just dropped into the Taproom. Eclectus is a light (3.9%), refreshing, highly effervescent, clean sour German wheat beer balanced not with hops but a slight sourdough bread character surrounded by flavors of lemon and tart apple. Enjoy on its own or with traditional syrups of all flavors and colors in the rainbow.
