As a result\, you’ll truly experience the beauty that is cask beer – changes in appearance\, mouth-feel\, carbonation levels\, aroma\, and flavor will be display. We are proud of our ability to produce quality cask beer and dedicate this night to sharing the full cask experience with you. \nCask beer is created by moving beer from a fermentation tank once fermentation is complete into a firkin. During the transfer\, yeast and sugar are added to allow the casked beer to naturally carbonate within the cask and produce what is referred to as ‘live beer’ or ‘real ale.’ Moving beer into small 10 gallon firkins also allows us to spread our wings and introduce flavors that we believe will pair nicely with the base beer. \nHere is the cask list for the event along with the ingredients we’ve added to the cask to change its original character: \n1.
