Crystal malt creates a lightly sweet base for the beer which balances the clean and flavorful hop bite courtesy of Centennial\, Chinook and Simcoe. \nPungent Simcoe hops lead the charge on Hey’s aroma with pine and citrus at the forefront. Centennial and Chinook keep the Simcoe in check by lending additional scents of Orange and Tangerine. \nUpon the first sip\, Simcoe takes a back seat and the citrus forward nature of Centennial and Chinook become the star. The clean fermentation profile of San Diego Super Yeast allows the hop flavor to shine leaving lingering flavors of fresh oranges on the palate. Hey finishes with a balanced bitterness that doesn’t overwhelm. \nHey\, I’m talking to you serves as the perfect companion to Sit Down. Just make sure you listen before you’re forced to take a seat.
