MP offers programs that focus on socialization\, vocational training\, and independent living skills to equip Hugely Important People\, HIPsters\, with the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve the life they desire. \nFive years ago My Possibilities contacted us to host a beer dinner. We jumped at the chance to support them after learning about all that they do. HIPsters prepared and served dinner that evening\, and as a gesture of thanks for hosting\, they created and presented us with a truly amazing piece of art that is featured prominently in our Taproom to this day. Over the last several years\, we have partnered with MP multiple times. In an effort to return the thanks to MP and its HIPsters\, we brewed a beer specifically for their benefit: “HIPster Ale”. \nOur goal with HIPster Ale is to raise awareness and funds for MP and its cause. To help accomplish that\, we are donating $1 for every can and $20 for every keg sold of HIPster ale directly back to MP. \nAbout the Beer \nHIPster Ale is a blonde ale that presents as a classic light straw like color beneath a clean white head of foam. The aroma of fresh orange peel on the rim of the glass is at the forefront followed by sweet cherries and alcohol. American oak plays in the background and balances the fruity aromatics. \nThis beer is big and flavorful just like the cocktail it honors. The 13% abv\, while present\, is held in check by fruit and oak which makes it a dangerously easy sipper.
