Irish Goodbye pours a beautiful copper red hue accompanied by a rocky dense off white head. Dark caramel malts provide a clean candy-like malt sweetness which is balanced by a steady hand of Willamette and Goldings hops. A subtle degree of roasted malt brings a level of complexity to nice even keeled hop flavor and bitterness.
