Go ahead. Try it. Name a Japanese lager. We decided we weren’t touching that one with a ten foot pole. How’s your name coming along?
The ten footer is without a doubt the lightest bodied beer we’ve ever brewed. It pours pale straw in color with a pure white foam head. Pleasant notes of lemongrass and berry provide a nice balance to this dry, yet slightly sweet dry hopped lager. Sorachi Ace and the newly developed Alora hops definitely steal the show.
As a newly released beer, club members get that first pint free. Don’t be jealous non-members. You had your chance. And will again in November.
