Ok so funny thing… We got so excited about having another Battle of the Bands that we sort of scheduled the party around the greatest holiday of the year: July 4th. AKA, Brexit 1.0. So since everyone was hungover from freedom, we’re rescheduling for August.
So on August 2nd, we’re bringing back our Summer Battle of the Bands.
In case you weren’t around 10 years ago, there was a video game craze where fake plastic instruments were all the rage. It started with Guitar Hero and eventually the whole band was brought together for Rock Band and Guitar Hero, World Tour. You and your buddies could jam out to your favorite songs on guitar, bass, drums or even vocals. We’re bringing all that back with our Rock Band 3 setup. We’ve got all the best gear – full drum kit, including cymbals for you pro players, guitar and bass, and up to 3 vocalists. Our song library includes over 700 songs, so you’ll have plenty to choose from.
Make sure you register your band ahead of time. Registration is free for the first SIX bands, and only $10 per band after that.

We’re tweaking our tournament format this time around and are judging advancement on multiple criteria: audience vote as well as game score. We’ve got prizes for the overall winners, so make sure to bring your ‘A’ game and your support squad to help cheer you on.

Doors open at 3, and we’ll be set up for you to sign up and practice with your band at 4PM. Show starts at 7PM, so make sure you’re on time and ready to rock!
