We are teaming up with our friends over at Hypnotic Donuts for our first pairing event of 2019!
Come check out the donut flight they put together with our beers on Sunday, April 28th at the brewery. Each guest receives a flight of 3 mini doughnuts and a taco paired with a flight of Peticolas beer.
Tickets are $20 and fairly limited – all prior pairing events have sold out; so act fast!
Pairings:
1. First Love 5.5% American Wheat – Spice cake topped with lemon honey glaze and dried apricots
2. TOO SOON 7.5% IPA – Paired with a mini orange banana fritter topped with coffee cream cheese garnished with candied orange.
3. The Usual 13% Old Fashioned Cocktail Beer – Mini long filled with walnut cream and topped with buttermilk glaze and drizzled with cognac caramel
4. 2016 Black Curtains 11% Imperial Stout – Corn tortilla taco filled with jerk coconut shredded chicken topped with pineapple relish
