The Dallas Observer’s Aaren Prody recently included Peticolas in its World Cup Bar Guide, highlighting our brewery as a gathering place for fans from around the globe. Dallas Business Journal’s Alexa Reed also recognized Peticolas as one of the premier venues for World Cup Watch Parties throughout the tournament.
World Soccer coverage continued with The Dallas Express, which previewed What’s Coming to North Texas during the tournament, and Fort Worth Weekly’s Elaine Wilder and Rush Olson featured both our World Cup celebrations in Peticolas for the Win and our part in the City of (World) Cups and Culture.
Beyond the tournament, D Magazine’s Tim Rogers highlighted the release of My Peticolas Beer and later included our World Cup-themed brews in its regional taste test of beers inspired by the world’s biggest sporting event.
It’s been a whirlwind already, and we’re still at the beginning of this World Cup journey. With fans pouring into North Texas from every corner of the globe and plenty of matches still to be played, something tells us the next chapter may be even more memorable than the first.
